Migrate CAS authentication service clients to Okta.

As part of the ongoing commitment to strengthening the security of BYU’s systems, the IAM team is migrating CAS authentication services to Okta. All applications using the legacy CAS infrastructure must be migrated to Okta or retired by June 2027.

Supported Authentication Attributes

The set of authentication attributes supported by Okta is smaller than the set formerly supported by CAS. Applications that need other data should retrieve that information from the system of record.
